Job Title: Marketing and Admissions Officer (Part-Time)

Working Hours: Part-time (hours negotiable)
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Admissions Officer to support student recruitment and application processes. This role combines digital marketing with admissions support, helping prospective students identify suitable courses and universities while guiding them through the application journey.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Student Recruitment
Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Engage with prospective students through social media, responding to enquiries and building relationships.
Create and share content to promote study opportunities and increase student engagement.
Identify and target potential student audiences to drive recruitment.
Student Advisory & Guidance
Advise prospective students on selecting appropriate courses and universities based on their goals, qualifications, and preferences.
Provide clear and accurate information about entry requirements, application processes, and timelines.
Admissions Support
Collect, review, and organise required application documents (e.g., academic transcripts, personal statements, references).
Ensure all documentation meets university requirements and deadlines.
Submit applications to universities on behalf of students.
Track application progress and keep students informed throughout the process.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience using social media platforms for marketing or engagement purposes.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping students succeed.
Additional Information
This is a part-time, office-based role with flexible working hours (to be agreed).
Ideal for candidates who enjoy both marketing and student-facing advisory work.
